Silver line sliding glass door lock not working

The lock will not "wiggle" out and lock. locking hook stays inside the door.

Your mortise lock resembles the 82-218 shown below. Take a look and compare the dimensions to your assembly. Thanks for posting!

Great! You may also find the video below helpful. It shows how to grasp the mortise hook with needlenose pliers to prevent it from falling inside the door frame, which is a common issue with this design.
