Silver line window part

Question

I have a few windows that have broken pivot shoes. The balancers are in good shape.
These are silver line windows. The shoes are 1 1/4" wide. Do you have any replacements? The clips on top of the shoes, where they attach to metal balancer, all seem to be broken.

Hey there!

The T-lock shoe shown here looks like our 15-195B to me. Just note, when they break, it's usually a sign that the balance itself isn't far behind. You probably only have a couple of good years left on them. That doesn't mean you have to buy new balances now but it's just something to keep in mind.
