Silverline 2900 series replacement right hand locking balance shoe and tilt latch in white.

Question

Manufacturer sent me the block and tackle balance to repair my window but did not send the rest of the parts for repair. Can you help me so I can get this window repaired. It is a single hung window. Thank you.

Hello! Your tilt latches look like our 26-393, but I'm not as sure about the pivot shoe. Looks like a pretty typical model that was popular back in the day; the exact style isn't made anymore but I'm pretty sure one of ours can still work. Before I recommend anything, can you just tell me how thick it is? That will let me narrow down the list of possible options.
