Silverline 2900 series window balance

Question

I have a window balance that snapped where the spring attaches to the pulley at the top. Photo one shows a good balance (has a balance show attached) from the same window along side the broken one. The metal is stamped 32 5 (photo two). I need to replace the balance. Will probably buy a few.

Take a look at our S795-32 with a 32E spring strength option. Your t-lock shoe looks like it might be on the smaller side, so you may need to swap out the 1/4" wide shoe that comes with the balance with our 1" wide 15-194. Take a look and see how the parts compare. Thank you!
