Silverline 3000-3900 windows

Quick Learner from Cicero, NY
Good Morning,

About 8 years ago we had a sun-room addition built and the contractor installed Silverline 3000-3900 windows. Unfortunately the top window on all the windows have cheep plastic lifts on both the left and right side of the window. Over time many of these have broke - as we have tried to lower the top window to clean them. Do you know if there are and replacement parts for these lifts? They do not screw into the window - they slide into a opening.

Thank-you for your time

Hello,

Unfortunately, we do not carry any sash lifts that install in an opening like yours but we do offer a few surface-mounted options, which you can view here. If you have room on each side of the opening to drill holes to accommodate the 3-5/16" installation holes of our 26-116, you may be able to use these as replacements. If you decide to give it a try, make sure to be careful when drilling the holes so that you don't accidentally hit the glass in your sash. Take a look and see what you think.
