Silverline 5500/5700 door rollers

I need two replacement rollers for a Siverline sliding glass door series 5500/5799. Silverline gives a part # 11-1935-6876. Can you guys help?

We may be able to help, yes. Start with our 81-156 and see if this is a good match. If not, please show us a picture of your roller out of the door and we can work from there.

Is the 81-156 a suitable replacement for the Silverline 11-1935-6876 as noted above? Looks like both my bottom rollers are just about shot and need to find the replacements for them

Unti I know the replacement is correct, I have not taken them out of the door, nor taken the door out of the frame yet. Thank you.

The only time we've verifiably cross-referenced that code to the 81-156 is with the original poster in this very discussion. So I can't really guarantee this roller is what you need. With a few exceptions, sliding glass door rollers are impossible to identify off of old codes or even the brand name. There's just too much variability to know. I'm afraid the only way to be certain in most cases, including this one, is to remove the old rollers and compare the dimensions. See the videos below.

I'm having the same problem with my 5500 silverline patio sliding door. Wondering if the above rollers, 81-156, were ever verified as replacement rollers?

I'm afraid that they were not verified, no. The only way we will know that is to see the originals, which will require taking down the door and removing them as per the instructions above.
