Silverline Casement 8 ft window-OP052020

On this casement window the "C" shaped pin that holds the arm into the actual window, I believe due to the tension/weight/pressure of opening and closing, opens up ... the pin comes out and snaps off preventing the window from being reeled in to close because the arm is now detached from the actual window. The only marking found on any window is attached to the arm as depicted in the attached pix. Thank you!
