Silverline Casement Window Hardware

I had a casement window come down in a storm. I ordered a replacement sash and a new operator. I need to order the hardware that attaches to the frame.

Hello,

Take a look and compare the 36-048 hinge set to an undamaged assembly from another window if one is available. Thanks for posting!

It doesn't look like the hardware that comes with the 36-048 includes the pieces that attach to the frame. It appears that only the arm that attaches to the sash is included.

The 10" bar in the diagram below mounts directly to the window sill, while the movable bar that rides across the 10" base attaches to the sash. Hopefully, this clarifies how these hinges install. We also have an installation video shown below.
