Silverline Casement window part

A quick learner from 06107 says:

I need a replacement part for this casement window. The part number isn't really legible on the existing arm, but I did find what looks like the part number for what would be the "right hand" version (I need the "left hand" version). Part number is 07*OP06-7553-03 for the operator arm. Do you have a suitable replacement - and handle?
