Silverline Double Hung Windows

Question

Hello. I have 3 Silverline Double Hung windows. Each window section is approximately 28 inches wide with a height of 33 inches. The channel balances have failed and need replaced. I'm looking for the parts I need to replace all the channel balances on 3 windows. Please advise on the parts I should order.

Thanks for reaching out to us. I'm afraid we can't ID your balance from these photos. Can you remove an undamaged balance from the window? We'd like to see photos of the top and bottom of the balance, as well as the clip attached to the end of the pulley cord.
