These are for Silver Line sliding glass doors
The bottom tabs measure 6 5/16" out to out and the top of the roller measures 4 9/16" out to out

Thank you for posting. Take a look at our 81-156 tandem roller and compare our measurements to yours. It looks similar in all ways except for that long adjustment screw you show, but the 81-156 may still work regardless.

The long screw shouldn't make any difference except you need a longer screwdriver to reach the short one.
I've used both interchangeably.
