Hi Mark. Can you tell me the thickness of the screen frame that uses these corner keys? I'll do my best to find a match from there.

The inside dimensions of the frame is approx 5/16" x 1/2"

This reminds me a lot of our 95-245B Corner Key, which works for 7/16" thick screens. Double-check your dimensions and see if you think this could work for you.
