Silverline V3 Series 70NCW2

Question

I have two sets of these windows and on one side it seems the bottom kick out bar is the wrong part.  It seems #32062 was installed instead of #31858 like the other 3 are.  You can see when you try to open the window it does not open square, it is crooked.  These numbers are the numbers stamped on the kick out bars so I am searching for another #31858 to replace the #32062.  I am hoping these numbers are the numbers I need to find a replacement, which is where you guys come in to confirm that.

I'm afraid I don't recognize any of these numbers you've given us, but based on your photos and descriptions it sounds like you're describing the hinge.

When you replaced these hinges originally, did you make sure to replace the top and bottom at the same time? The problem you're experiencing now usually happens when you mix and match old and new hinges.

Casement window hinges are fairly flexible and you can get away with a lot more differences than you might expect. For example, I'm pretty confident our 36-048 will work fine for both of your sashes. However, it's a different design from what you had originally, which means if you pair one half of the 36-048 kit with an older hinge, the window will be out of square and it won't open properly. It's essential to replace both the top and bottom hinge with the same pair.
