I have Silverline 1200 series double hung windows where the pivot pin in the lower sash has rusted away. I'm seeking replacement pivot pins. The picture shows a pivot pin from another window of the same dimensions to show what it looks like. I plan to order 10 pins as I probably will need to replace all the window pinns in my front windows.

Start by looking at the 26-083 Pivot Bar to start. Compare with your old pivot bar and see if you think this could work for you.

This part is close, but the distance between the two screw holes is only 1/2 inch on mine and the one you are suggesting is 11/16.

So, as long as at least one of the holes align with your original installation point, it will still work. You don't need both holes to align.
The first hole center is 1-3/8" from the edge, whereas the second hole center is 2-1/16".
