Silverline casement window 02-6442.

Question

Hi.  This little black piece, which says Roto" on it,  goes in the glide channel to help the window close. It attaches to the arm mechanism which in turn is attached to the window.  The broken off piece has GO41000.  Thank you for any assistance!

I'm afraid that black piece isn't available by itself. The only option we can recommend is replacing the entire hinge with something like our 36-048. Sorry we couldn't offer the individual part!
