Silverline casement window

We have Silverline casement windows. The mechanism that opens the window broke when I tried to open the window. I don't know what I need to order to replace it. I looked on your website, but it all looks like greek to me. can you help?

Take a look at the 39-318 split arm operator. Compare the measurements of your operator to the dimensions found on the 39-318 product picture. Let me know if you think it is a match.
