Silverline hinge arm : SWISCO.com

Hello,
I received a set of hinge arm assembly from Silverline, but it is not correct size.
Do you have a left hinging hinge arm with dimensions shown in the photos?
I believe the window to be Silverline C2.

Thanks for reaching out! To determine if there is a replacement that we can offer for your existing casement hinge, I'll need to see a photo of the entire hinge. The arms alone do not help to identify the replacement you'll need, unfortunately.

Are you able to send a photo of the entire hinge?

Thanks for the photos. Take a look at the 2-Bar Hinge Set, part 36-048. Carefully review and compare the dimensions from your existing hinge to determine if this might be the right fit for your window. These hinges can be used for either the right and left side of the window. When replacing them, you'll need to replace both the top and bottom hinges to ensure that the hinges match and that the window continues to function properly. See what you think!
