Silverline parts

Question

These pics are from a Silverline white vinyl casement window, between 5-10 years old.  Warranty sticker pic ID's the manufacturer.  Pic is from the inside, so the hinge is on the left from inside.  The bar attached to the sash has popped out of  the track and won't go back in, and the black plastic or vinyl end that rides the track is broken.

Thanks for reaching out to us! It sounds like you're looking for the hinge. I recommend you start by taking a look at the 36-048. Carefully review the specifications and see how they compare with yours. Note, you always want to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
