Silverline single hung windows

I have several Silverline single hung windows that have 1 lock balance shoe broken. All windows have channel balnces that are 35" tall.

I have included the manufacture labels on the windows.

Let me know if you have a part that will replace the broken balance shoes and channel balances.

Thanks for reaching out to us. We can help with this. Can you remove the T-lock shoe from the window track and show us photos of the front and back? Can you also confirm if the balance mounts to the top of the track with a screw or a hook?

Here are the photos of the t-lock shoes and the top of the balance mounts. Once I took the channel balance mount down and inspected it, it appears only the t-lock shoes are broken.
Please let me know the part number for both the t-lock shoes and the channel balance mount.

Thank you for the additional photos! I recommend the S795-35 channel balance. This comes with the 15-195 closed cam shoe by default but you'll need to purchase the 15-195B separately since your old one has an open cam. The video below will show you how they pop on and off.

You may need the 35C stamp option but we suggest weighing the window sash on a scale to confirm it falls within the 22 to 27 pound weight range.
