Silverline window balance coil

Question

The metal coil broke.  I am trying to find the replacement and get a couple of extras, one to replace the break, one to replace the opposite side and a couple spares.

Hello there. This looks like our 15-180 Pivot Shoe, which uses Series 190 Coil Balances. You'll have to select a spring weight for each of your replacement coil springs. To know which weight to select, look for a stamp on the old coil tape. If there is none or you are uncertain, give us the exact weight of the window sash that these coil balances support, and we'll work out what you need.
