Silverline window crank handle.

Home Owner from Monmouth Junction, NJ

The crank handle on our Silverline window is broken. There are no identifiable names or numbers on the window or handle. Do you carry this part?

Thanks so much.

Hi there- thanks for posting!

Do you need the entire mechanism replaced or just the handle and operator cover? If you need the mechanism replaced it would be helpful if you could show us a top down photo with the window open as far as it can go so that we can see the entire crank mechanism.

Thanks!

Just the handle and operator cover.

Thanks,

The handle looks like our 39-114L, which has an 11/32" hole diameter. You should measure your hole diameter to confirm they match.

I'm afraid the cover on your specific type of operator cannot be replaced. It's built into the mechanism itself. If yours is damaged, you'd need an all new operator. Let me know if that's the case.

What do I need to fix these crank handles on these silver lines windows? Do I need the whole unit of just the cranks? We bought a house and all the cranks are missing or broken. Thank you, Roxy

It looks like you might just need a new handle. That black piece you have on the operator base isn't part of the operator at all, but is leftover from the handle that presumably broke off.

Yours might be our 39-205, but you need to check the diameter of the hole on that black piece to verify that it's the same size at 11/32".
