The part shown I believe is in a Silverline window. I'm not sure if the glide is intact or not can anyone help identify the part Thank you

Take a look at the 15-178 or 15-188. You'll need to remove your old pivot shoe from the window and compare its dimensions to both recommendations to see which is the closer match.
