Similar to 5/8 sash guide(18-009) but larger and longer lip?

A quick learner from Hendersonville, NC says:

I previously ordered the 5/8 sash guide from this website in hopes that I could make it work. Sadly I could not as the 5/8 is just a little smaller than this piece. I don't have an ID on the window manufacturer yet, but these are supposed to go with the 22" Series 390 Channel Balance. Any advice would be awesome!

The closest top sash guide we sell to your description is our 18-052. The top cap is 1-1/16 wide by 5/8" deep, the length is 1-1/4", the screw hole is 3/16" down from the top and the base that fits into the sash channel is 3/4". Unfortunately it only comes in white. 

We do have 18-015 in black. This has a 13/16" wide base, but that might be too tight.
