I can't determine what the replacement is for this broken balance

Take a look at our 15-192 and Series 170 coil spring. I'm confident these can work for you.

One important thing to keep in mind is that the center metal cam that comes with our 15-192 may not work with your Simonton window pivot bar. You may need to re-use your old center metal cam. Let me know if this isn't possible and we can recommend another solution.

Thank you for the response. In the series 170 spring there are multiple options ie. 263,334,335 etc. Do you know which one I want or what the difference is?

Those options represent the strength calibration of each spring. You should have a stamp on your old spring that you can use as a reference. If not, let me know the exact weight of the sash and we can calculate what would work best for you.
