Simionton double hung window parts replacement

Hi,

I have 2 windows side by side that no longer hold open due to some parts falling out. Also, the anti burglar locks are missing. Images attached. My contractor is looking for the parts locally, but perhaps we can order them from you. I appreciate your help.

Take a look and compare our 15-192 shoe and the Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs that anchor to this shoe to your original hardware.

As for the vent latch that's missing in your photo, is there another window in the house with an intact latch that you could show us? Thank you!
