Simonton 15-192

I have 3 windows that have the same problem. I think I need your part #15-192 in its entirety. I am not sure exactly how to install them and was not allowed access to view the video. When I clicked on the video it said it was restricted. What do you suggest? I need to replace 9 more windows but if this is going to be a constant issue, I am not sure I will use Simonton products again.

Hello,
You should be able to view the video below to see how to install a pivot shoe. The process should be reversed in order to install it. In order to confirm that our 15-192 will work for you, we would need to see a picture of your pivot shoe and some dimensions to compare to ours. Thank you!
