Question

Good morning. I'm looking to identify all parts related to the balance and tilt of these windows for upper sash, lower sash, left and right. I believe the slide and metal lock that goes  with balance assembly is fine, it may only be metal band that rolls up into balance. Also, correct part for locking mechanism that slides into window.  Looking  for your advice. Thank you.

Thanks for reaching out to us. Simonton unfortunately discontinued this balance assembly some years ago. Because of that, we're unable to supply an exact match. However we do have an alternative that functions just as well if you don't mind doing a little handiwork. The video below will go over exactly what you need to buy and how it installs, step by step. Just note that you will need the precise weight of your sash to determine the proper spring calibrations.

Concerning the tilt latch, I believe our 26-243 and 26-244 will match your original. Look over our dimensions to verify.
