The pivot shoe for my 2 of my simonton windows are broken. I need 3 pivots fir the top windows and 1 fir the bottom.

Simonton no longer makes this balance assembly, but we have more modern parts that can be used to replace it. I highly recommend watching the video below, which gives you step-by-step instructions on exactly what is required to convert this hardware to work in your window.

As stated above, Simonton no longer makes this shoe. I recommend reading my previous comment in this thread and watching the attached video. This should cover everything you need to know to repair this window.
