Hello! We definitely carry these parts. See the 15-192 pivot shoe, 15-156 cover, 15-157 drum, and finally the Series 170 and Series 171 coil springs. The video below will also show you how all these parts work together.

I'm not sure which contractor it is you're talking about. I'm sure you can contact a professional in your area to come out and do the repair for you, if necessary, but that's not something we can help with.
