To further review, we will need to see the window sash removed where we can view the pivot shoe that the coil springs attach to in the window channel. From there we can get a clearer idea of which series your window uses. 

Please also confirm if the original coil springs measure 1/2" or 3/8" thick. I have related a few videos on the page for assistance. Thank you!
