We'd be happy to help with this. We'll just need more information so that we can narrow down some options. Can you show us a photo of the pivot shoe, preferably removed from the window track? 

In the meantime, check the band of the coil springs for a stamped weight code. If there aren't any, you will need to weigh the window sash on a scale to determine the proper spring weights. I'm afraid estimates or guesses won't suffice.
