Looking for hardware for our simonton bay window, the side windows open, left side window opens right to left and the right side window opens left to right. Looking for the pivot on top for both left and right window as well as the window crank mechanism. I have also included a pic of the weather strip and wondering if that is available as well. We can definitely help you with this hardware. I recommend our 36-048 casement window hinge set. This won't be exactly like your original, but as long as you replace the top and bottom a the same time then you should be okay. The video below will also show you how these are installed.
I'm not sure about your weatherstripping, though there is a good chance we carry a replacement. Before I recommend anything, can you remove an intact and undamaged sample from the window and show me the end profile? Once I see the shape, I'm confident I can recommend a match. That's why it's important to see an undamaged version; if I can't see the shape clearly, I won't be able to match it up to anything. Let me know.

Will it matter for Left and Right window?? If not I should be ordering Two sets right??

The 36-048 comes as a pair that can work for a left or right hand sash interchangeably. If you needed a hinge set for both a left and right hand window, then you will need to order two pairs.

The window hinge set you recommended (36-048) is working perfectly, had to do a little modification on the window, but works great, thx. Now I will need the weather stripping and here is a pic. Are the window operators available??

Great, I'm glad to hear the hinge worked! As for this weatherstripping, I recommend looking at our 58-053. Make sure to carefully review our dimensions just to ensure everything is the same size. If so, I'm confident it will work well for you, even though it is a hollow bubble compared to your foam-filled original.
We do sell operators, yes. Looking at your first batch of photos, I recommend looking at our 39-188 and 39-187. Like with the weatherstripping, please look over our dimensions to confirm that everything lines up.
