Simonton Casement Window Parts Replacement

Question

I need the right-hand and left-hand connector (for two windows that open opposite each other) that goes in the slide for the window.  It is the metal "thingy" with the cracked plastic cover in one of the photos.  The other photo is the window label insomuch as I can tell.  Any help would be appreciated.

This looks like it's part of a casement window hinge set, like our 36-048. See if the dimensions of this set matches up.
