Simonton Casement Windows Hinge Matching

Question

Hello. I am looking to match a hinge for Simonton Casement windows (52" x 28" window size). I removed an existing hinge for the pics where part of the hinge completely rusted out and disintegrated. There are some numbers on each of the three hinge pieces (circled in the pics). Really appreciate the help as I want to replace all our casement window hinges, assuming we can find a match.

We recommend reviewing the style and dimensions of the 36-004-10 2 bar hinge set. As long as you replace both the top and bottom hinges at the same time, these should be a good replacement for you. They are stainless steel as well which will help with the corrosion. Please review and let me know if you have any additional questions!
