I have a lower hinge/crank mechanism on a r/h hinged casement that the pivot pin the window swings on corroded away (can be seen in all 3 photos). Simonton insists on me providing the original order # that is not on the window as they said it would be. The window was installed during house construction in 2005. The hinge point slides toward the window center as it opens (double arm mechanism). Might this be a mechanism you supplied to Simonton?

Thanks for posting! We don't have this hinge but to be honest I don't think it's even made anymore. There's a very good chance you can use our 36-048 as a substitute. These hinges aren't super complex and you can get away with some minor differences, as long as the dimensions are in the same ballpark. Look over our measurements and the video below and let me know what you think.
