The black slider that fits into the track has broken and window has jumped out. I am trying to get a replacement part. The label on the window is as follows

Thanks for posting! The black track slider connected to your hinge cannot be replaced alone. You'll need to replace the entire hinge. I suggest starting with reviewing and comparing part 36-048. Look over the dimensions and compare them to your existing operator to determine if this will be the right fit.
Keep in mind, you will need to change both the top and bottom hinge from the window. These hinges can be used for both the left and right side of the window.
