Simonton Casement windows

Home Owner from Sanibel Island, Florida
I recently purchased a home with Simonton casement windows. On several of the windows the metal piece at the bottom of the window which is used to attach the plastic slider has developed rust. On one it is so bad that the metal piece had corroded to the point where it has broken into pieces so that I must keep the window closed. I am on the hunt for the correct pieces to repair them. I want both the metal piece that has rusted and the plastic slider. Do you stock replacement parts that will work?

Thanks

It's worse than I thought on a bathroom window. One of arms has completed corroded through and the bracket at the bottom which it attaches to (the same bracket should have two studs - on for the arm and one for the hinge shoe). I need the bracket, arm and shoe.

Hello!

It looks like you need a new hinge set. Start by taking a look at our 36-048. Compare our dimensions to yours to see if this matches up for what you need. Just be sure to replace the top and bottom hinges at the same time.
