Thanks for writing in. See our 15-192 Pivot Shoe. However, it's likely the metal cam is going to be a slightly different shape, in which case you have two options. You can either swap out your old metal cams and put them in the new pivot shoes, assuming they are undamaged; or you can file down the pivot bar to fit the new cam. Let me know what you think.
