Simonton Double Hung Window

We are in need of the weather stripping on the bottom of the windows for the Simonton Double Hung Windows from around the year 2000. Not sure what I need and where I can purchase it.

To further review, we will need to see an undamaged piece of the original weather seal removed where we can view a clear image of the end profile. If the weather seal is missing, we recommend checking an identical window if possible to view the style. Without the original to review, we cannot confirm what can be used.
