Simonton ID tag

Question

We have Simonton windows on our apartment units.  We need to order replacement parts.  Where is the best place to look for the ID tag on the frame, which lists all the good information?  Thank you.

What kind of replacement hardware are you looking for? Would you be able to send us photos of the parts? With their measurements? We'd preferably would like to see the parts removed from the window to get a good look.
