Simonton Patio Door Mortise Lock

Home Owner from Streetsboro, Ohio
The mortise patio door lock has failed. I need help to identify the correct part. I tried to upload some photos, but this website wasn't responding when I clicked the RED button. I can E-Mail the photos, pretty easily. It may be that our server here is blocking your website from opening a pop up to upload the photos. E-Mail should work.

The door was manufactured in Feb 2001. This same part failed about 2009 and I replaced it then, but the information on the door has faded now and I can't read it anymore and I don't remember what part I bought. So, I guess this part has about an 8 or 9 year life expectancy. Thanks!

Take a look at our 82-218 mortise lock. This seems like it will make a good replacement, but make sure to compare our dimensions to yours to be sure. thank you!
