Simonton Pivot Shoe

A contractor says:
I have attached a photo of the Simonton window serial number along with the damage pivot shoe part. Please advise if you have a replacement available.

Hello,

I'd recommend removing an undamaged pivot shoe to compare to our 15-192. If it's a match, keep in mind that Simonton's version of this pivot shoe uses a slightly different style metal cam, so you would need to reuse the original cams with the 15-192 shoe for these to work for you.
