Simonton Pivot lock shoe

Looking for the shoe replacement for a Vinyl Simonton replacement window. Coil is stamped 409S. All other parts of the assembly are in good condition but the plastic brake that holds the cam.

It looks like you just need a new pivot shoe. With that in mind, I recommend our 15-192. Just keep in mind that you may need to reuse the original center metal cam, so don't throw out the old one just yet.
