Simonton Profinish Brickmould Window

Question

What coil balance would I need to purchase for a Simonton Profinish Brickmould window.  Additionally, do these windows operated on a 3 coil system.  My coils are broken and I need to replace them.  Just need to ensure that I replace them with the correct coil.

I am familiar with one type of Simonton coil balance system, but it can't use three springs. That means you have something I'm not familiar with. I will need you to show me a clear picture of both the spring and pivot shoe so that I can identify a match. Dimensions would also be a big help, like the thickness of the spring and the width and thickness of the shoe.
