Simonton R-H25 48-80 windows balance parts

I am looking for replacement springs for a simonton double hung window. I am not sure the weight of part needed but they are a mess. The sash metal piece is also broken and all of the plastic pieces are also broken. Any help in finding parts is appreciated! Thanks

We'll need to see an undamaged pivot shoe removed from your window, along with dimensions, to compare to our inventory. If we can identify the pivot shoe, that will tell us the coils and accessories that you'll need.

H-R25-1219x2032(48x80) replacement tilt window part. I have a picture of a damaged part and we can't send a picture of an undamaged part.

For the two Simonton pivot shoes, Simonton no longer makes this balance assembly, but we have more modern parts that can be used to replace it. I highly recommend watching the video below, which gives you step-by-step instructions on exactly what is required to convert this hardware to work in your window.

As for your other pivot shoe, I'm afraid I don't recognize this at first glance. Can you show us the coil spring that attaches to this shoe?
