Looking for direction on what hardware I will need. More than half of the 9 second floor ve broken through wwindows are having issues with this coil system. The plastic covering of the coils have broken. Windows will not raise on affected windows.
Can you provide details on what coil setup or hardware I can purchase and repair these on my own?

Thanks for posting. To help identify the right replacement hardware needed for your windows, I'll need to see the assembly removed from the window. I'll need to see the pivot shoe as well as the coils and any other accessories (like covers, pivot bars, etc.) that you are looking to replace.
You will also need to confirm if there are any stamp/markings on the metal coils. This will help to determine which spring strength you'll need once we've identified the correct replacements.
