Door has no handles,lock or part for the lock to catch at the door frame, I prefer one with locking key from outside and latch on the inside.

Hello! I'm confident that we can recommend a working lockset for you. Can you just confirm the distance between those two outer installation holes, center-to-center?

I'm going to wager that it's 3-15/16". If I'm right, then you can use our 82-035 handle set with an 82-315 key lock.
