Simonton Stormbreaker Plus Double hung windows...

Question

Simonton Stormbreaker plus double hung windows. Manuifactured 2015. Impact/florida installation.
Need:
1) Weather strip from bottom of lower sash
2) coil cover from balancer system- actually prefer whole new balancer setup.

Hello! We can definitely help with both weatherstripping and coil balance assembly, but we will need more information and photos from you, if at all possible.

Starting with the weatherstripping, it appears to be a kind of bubble or foam seal. With that assumption in mind, I will need you to remove a small and undamaged sample from the window and show me a clear picture of the end profile. The video below will go into more detail as to what I mean.

For the coil balance, you don't necessarily have to take it out but I will need a clear picture of the pivot shoe, which is obscured by the sash in your current photo. Seeing it out honestly would be the most helpful but I understand if that might be too much of a hassle at this point. Seeing as much of the pivot shoe as possible should suffice for now.
