Simonton Weatherbulb seal Replacement

Can you recommend what replacement part would work for these windows? I have this size and then I have another window that is an additional window pane larger in width. I'm hoping that the seal is sold in lengths that can be cut to size?

Thank you so much! I attempted to slide the seal out of the track, but there is a metal edge that prevents me from doing so. The seal is so old that If I attempt to rip it out, I know that it'll break. I've attached the best pictures that I was able to get of the seal. If you're able to identify, I'm assuming that I can cut a new one slightly shorter so that I can push it into the groove versus sliding it. The metal edges next to the seal are making this way more difficult than it should be.
