Simonton White Vinyl Tilt In Wondow Parts

Good Morning:

We are searching for two things for our Simonton ProFinish Double Hung windows.

1. We are looking to purchase replacement window latches (plastic) for both sides, left and right that are spring loaded and slide into the top of each side of the windows in order to lock them back in the upright position.

2. We are looking for replacement pivot locks for each side that the window sets in, in order to slide up and down inside the frame.

We have attached photos of the window together with photos of the parts we are looking for. Hopefully you can help us.

Hello there. You might have a tilt latch similar to our 26-243 and 26-244, but you'll need to remove your old ones and compare them with all the dimensions below. If they differ at all, let me know and I'll see if I can find something better.

For the pivot shoe, I think you have something like our 15-111. You'll need to remove it from the window jamb to compare and confirm this is what you're working with. If you need the coil balance assemblies as well, please remove those and give us the thickness of the coil springs as well as photos. Let me know if you have further questions.
